Payment Options

Invoices are issued termly by post and arrive with parents in the holiday preceding the start of term.

Most parents pay by monthly instalments, or through a Gross Pay Scheme provider (such as Computershare or Edenred), or via a Tax Free Childcare account. A nominal fee of £3.75 per month is charged for this service to cover the increased administrative costs associated with these methods.

We recommend that all parents assess their eligibility for Tax Free Childcare as it will save them about 20% on fees. For further details please see: childcare-support.tax.service.gov.uk/par/app/eligibility

For a BACS payments, please transfer payment to the nursery school’s bank account named ‘Staunton Montessori’, using your child’s name or the invoice number as a reference. The school sort code and account number are available on request by email to parents and are not published on-line due to fraud prevention.

Alternatively you may make cheques payable to ‘Staunton Montessori’. Please write your invoice number and/or child’s name on the reverse.

If you pay fees in cash, please seal monies in an envelope with your child’s name and invoice number on it.

If you are not paying by instalments, full payment is due before or upon your child’s first nursery school day in the Autumn Term 2017.

Receipts are available upon request.

The services of the Staunton Montessori School are subject to the terms and conditions issued on induction.

Invoices are issued every four weeks and are placed in the child’s Tutorial file. The calendar weeks which the invoice covers are itemised on the invoice.
